Kamal Rafael Arreaza Graduated in Electrical Engineering from Universidad
de Oriente (UDO), Venezuela. With a Master’s Degree in Electrical
Engineering from the Universidad Nacional Experimental Politécnica
(UNEXPO), Venezuela. With 15 years of experience in the design and
construction of large engineering projects. With experience in management,
design and engineering review, inspection and construction of electrical
substations, transmission lines, generation plants, motor control centers for
the oil, gas and mining industry, frequency inverters for medium voltage
motors. Testing of high voltage electrical equipment in several countries,
including China, USA, Colombia and Venezuela, on behalf of the client.
He has designed transmission lines for clients in several Latin American
countries including: Venezuela, Chile, Peru, Mexico, Colombia and Ecuador.
And he has reviewed engineering of power lines and substations as an
auditor for companies in the United States
