- DAY 1: INTRODUCTION TO FOUNDATION DESIGN (VICENTE ASSANTI)Basic knowledge of Structures, Types of Foundations, Applicable Codes and Standards, Methodology, Quality of Materials, Reference Documents and Drawings www.electroenergyic.com, Design Premises will be studied.1
- DAY 2: GEOTECHNICAL STUDIES AND BOREHOLES (VICENTE ASSANTI)The participant will learn the Knowledge of S/E Site Conditions and Characteristics and Geotechnical Studies.1
- DAY 3: LOAD CRITERIA FOR TOWERS AND GANTRIES (KAMAL ARREAZA)This chapter discusses guidelines for developing structural load criteria. The loads and load cases recommended in this manual are considered appropriate to provide reliable transmission structures and substation frames.1
- DAY 4: SIMULATION AND APPLICATION OF LOADS ON TOWERS AND PORTAL FRAMES WITH ADVANCED ENGINEERING SOFTWARE SUCH AS PLSCADD AND TOWER (KAMAL ARREAZA)Se realizarán simulaciones y aplicación de cargas en torres de transmisión y pórticos, con software avanzado de ingeniería y en base a los códigos y normas aplicables. Se obtendrán las cargas trasladadas a pie de torre para utilizarlas en el dimensionamiento de las fundaciones.1

- DAY 7: FOUNDATIONS OF LIGHTING AND COMMUNICATION TOWERS (SELF-SUPPORTED AND GUYED). (VICENTE ASSANTI)The main special aspects for the calculation of the foundations of lighting and communication towers will be studied and dimensioned with Caisson software and Excel applications.1
